For bugs, feedback, feature requests, or anything else:
We try to respond within a few business days. If your message is about a user you’re reporting, include their username and what happened.
In-app shortcuts
Some things are faster to do from inside the app:
- Forgot your password— tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen.
- Change your profile or username— Profile → gear icon → Edit profile.
- Make your profile private— Edit profile → Public profile toggle.
- Block or report a user— open their profile, tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
- Delete your account— Edit profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, items, and notes.
Privacy & data requests
If you want to access, export, or delete data we hold about you, email us from the address associated with your account. We’ll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Reporting safety issues
If you’re reporting harassment, impersonation, or other serious abuse, email us with the subject line Report user: @username and include what happened plus any screenshots. We review reports as quickly as we can.
